The federal court sentencing of former Clarke County Sheriff Ray Norris has been postponed for the second time. Norris was scheduled to be sentenced Monday, Feb. 27 by Chief U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Beaverstock in the federal courthouse in Mobile.
